Raillyo is a free application that provides occupancy predictions for trains in France. These predictions are based on public data and proprietary algorithms.

Service Access

The application is available for free on iOS. Usage requires an internet connection for real-time data. Some features (schedules, favorites) are available offline.

User Obligations

The user agrees to:

• Use the application fairly and in accordance with its intended purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures
• Not use the application for commercial purposes without authorization
• Respect intellectual property rights

Information Accuracy

Occupancy predictions and schedules are provided for informational purposes. Raillyo does not guarantee their accuracy and recommends always verifying official information with transport operators.

Service Modifications

Raillyo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, without notice or compensation.

Liability

Raillyo cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application, including delays, missed connections, or lack of seating.

Applicable Law

These terms of service are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
